Transport and delivery of products

  • S.C. Capricart S.R.L. sends the parcels using the Romanian national postal services

  • Through Romanian Post, in Romania the products are delivered within 3-7 days since the date when the order was made

  • S.C. Capricart S.R.L. does not take upon itself the responsibility in case of delay caused by the delivery agent

  • If the customer asks for, it is also possible to deliver the parcels by accelerated post, but this will involve extra costs that will be totally borne by the customer

  • For outside Romania orders we will shortly communicate you all information about delivery conditions and total prices.
    Deliveries will be made by Romanian Post or by accelerated post services, according to the customer’s choice

  • In special cases (the end of books’ titles shown on the site), we reserve ourselves the right to enlarge the delivery deadline

  • Transport charges are totally borne by the customer and include an established tax and a variable tax calculated according to the parcel’s weight

  • In order to post the parcel the customer shall first confirm the order by phone. If contact details are not correct we reserve ourselves the right not to honor the order.
